    I've searched and searched to no avail. The check engine light come in and out sometimes stays on for longer periods than others. Sometimes after getting off the road and idling is stays on for a hot second. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

    If you got this fault off the on-board screen in the cab then I believe its just telling you the engine ECM has an active fault. You'd more than likely need to connect a diagnostic program to the truck in order to pull the actual fault code that's active in the engine ECM.
