    I’m glad they aren’t as strict In Dallas, broker wanted a full tarp but some decided to steel two of my tarps the night before. No edge protectors at all, and I made the call to x strap

    I’m not sure. I don’t believe they manufactured anything there. It just looked like a big warehouse. That’s probably why they were more relaxed.

    Stopped there about 6 years ago and looked at a trailer. They did have quite a bit of stuff, I bought an aluminum frame mount tool box…..

    So got loaded and the rules changed again i guess,now they want a third strap on the first stack.
    They put a lock on the glad hand of the trailer.
    A total of 28 edge of protectors were needed and triple r did have a good quality 12inch v borads for $7 each so thx for pointing me in their direction.
    The shipper had a small box half full of what looked like recycled plastic edge protectors that I believe are for drivers who will show up with not enough of them.
    Broker asked for 20,called the shipper who told me i need 24 and im glad i made sure i have more.
