    Hello everyone! I have a 2004 Western Star and the passenger window on the passenger door shattered. Does anyone know how to replace the window? How to remove the door panel? It's a manual window.

    You might have to remove any armrests, handles first.

    If it is like a car, then take a flat screwdriver and pop the plastic holds. You can see them when you start to pull the panel away from the door frame. It should have a water barrier (paper), you will have to remove it.

    The glass sits in a rail.
