I got code Spn-2791 and Spn-3058.
The CEL is on but no active codes in dash display. I pulled codes from ELD.
Per google this is indicates the EFR actuator isn’t working properly.
I have verified the actuator arm moves when I switch the ignition on.
I’ve also checked the wiring harness and it has no oil or moisture.
Anything else I can check?
And what will happen if I continue to drive it?
I’d like to get these loads done before I go to shop.

I have a similar issue, can you clean the EGR valve? I keep getting engine lights on the dash which I think is because the EGR valve is all sorted up

From the coolant I found in my EGR cooler today it appears that’s my problem.
I’m wondering if the code is being caused by the faulty EGR cooler?
And of course there is no EGR cooler to be had, they are back ordered and have no eta. So ima take it off and take it to a radiator shop and see if the can fix it or rebuild it.D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
When you opened it up, was it dirty inside? Soot build up? -
The “cold” pipe on driver side was really clean with zero build up, just some signs of coolant. -

Naw I can grab one in the morning. But it looks newer.
