    Hello friends, I have a DD-16, 2015 western star.

when the truck is parked and temperature gets colder than -10 Celsius/ 14 *F coolant begins to leak out of the EGR cooler. Any guidance as to why it’s happening and how to stop it will be greatly appreciated.

    thanks.

fix the leak is the best answer. But I’ll explain.

when you get colder temperatures metal starts to contract, meaning weak weld points appear and wallah…… leaks.

Yeah but not necessarily a weld or something that won't be fine when it's back above freezing.
