Egt getting to hot.

    it won't hurt to pull the intake off and clean it out too, replace your boost pressure/temperature sensor(s) or clean them with carb cleaner. get the c-a-c cleaned out and all your air handling plumbing. it'll save you from extra grief down the road. at the very least you should clean the air handling and egr sensors.

    I had just gotten the thing. I like it. The week before the turbo going south I.was seeing normal temps so It let me know there was a problem sooner.

    That's measured in the manifold for 1400° max.
    #### better not be measured in the down pipe......big big big difference.

    It's a shame to drop a new turbo in for and bearings. Crap that's about a 45min rebuild on the bench max...And under $500 on most turbos.
