    Is El Paso, Tx a good city to run a trucking company out of, I would assume a lot of outbound loads perhaps deadheading back often.

    I wouldn t say that you would do a lot of deadheading back to El Paso. You could do an outbound out of that area, and back to Texas, and an intrastate run back to El Paso from where you delivered in TX
