Eld Conspiracy Theory

    I come from an old Soviet Union country and I have seen some funny stuff after my country became independent. The latest thing to remember, was that government mandated for every car owner to get new design license plates and some kind of yearly stickers. Here the cool part of it, the only company who was making plates and stickers, was owned by the president's son.

    So here is the conspiracy theory. Everybody is forced to install ELD's. Then, let's say mid next year, anti Eld movement gets more traction and Congress votes for an extension.
    This way Eld makers get their money and Eld protesters get an extension.
    Everybody is happy. Especially people who played the game.
    Discuss.

    That's why I'll wait until January or February before I buy an ELD. Wait and see what happens.

    It's really hilarious. Anyone against ELDs are people that are pissed you won't be able to cheat anymore. When we were on paper logs, we all cheated. Don't lie. We all did. It's like asking a 17 year old male if he's ever masturbated and he says "No". Liar. Time to pay the piper. It's coming. Deal with it.
