two thoughts.
the fourth amendment has nothing to do with HOS.
why do people always think that a glider is exempt, if it has an engine made in this century, it isn't. -
Why would you even buy a glider with a non 1900 engine? Kinda defeats the purpose..RET423 Thanks this.
-
Schneider is now accepting trucks as old mfg year 2000, to run the 37 eastern states.
-
That is awfully presumptuous to assume that a company that allows older trucks automatically requires running outlaw to make any money.shorty102292, BoostedTeg, Oxbow and 2 others Thank this.

Why does the Fed think it can tell me how many hours a day/week I am allowed to operate my buisness?
-
My guess would be because you’re choosing to work in a federally regulated industry?
-
Because a lot of them have those engines in them. You can have some one like fitz put in a 1990 Cummings but then there is an issue of making it all work together.
Because as long said, you choose to work in a federally regulated industry, they are the entity that has been charged with that duty by the same constitution as the fourth is in. -
Right and where do they get the right to regulate how many hours a business is operated? Exactly ain't there but go on believing they can.
-
Wow, since the hours of service were implemented in the 1930’s nobody has brought up that point. Maybe you should file a lawsuit against the governing body of the industry you choose to be in.
Also, that was sarcasm.Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
Right well I believe what I do with my time is my business forgive me, but I don't believe the government has any right to tell people how long they can work but that's just me.
