    I'd love to see it happen Dave but I don't know that it will. This has been an ongoing battle for the past what 5 years probably more. Unfortunately it's a money and big business issue. It's like everything else in this country. The big dogs want a bigger slice of the pie by crushing all the little guys.

    It's no different than Walmart coming in and running all the mom and pop stores out. I don't see this being eliminated although I would enjoy to see it according to the law my tractor wouldn't need one but my other truck would if it crossed the 100 mile threshold 9 days out of 30 and it's a bridge I'd rather not cross
