I run under their authority and yes they do pay for all of it, only thing I had to pay for was fuel to get to their shop to have it installed

Mine has been ####ing up the last three days. Triggers three missing data events every time I start the truck after it’s been off for a while.
1. Vehicle in motion (never moved)
2. Latitude

The bug where it steals one of the truck speakers comes to mind. You can switch to the internal QC speaker but yet another bug switches it back at random. That bug has been around for 7 years that I know of. Totally Unconscionable.
While Omnitracs has better features than the typical setup they are stupid slow to fix things. Alot of the more recent ELD software are having trouble even logging correctly. Just do as little as possible to make money. GPS systems are the same way. :/Steel Dragon Thanks this. -

Is the BT not working, or is there another BT device in the truck that is interfering? I run into this all the time with all of my BT crap, in the truck and at the house. I have to turn all BT off, then turn on the one I want to use. BT is still not ready for prime time. Just a thought.Steel Dragon Thanks this.
