WE had one too but the guy hardly ever used it so the DOT dog piled the violations...

Generally 'Non-CDL' commercial vehicles are exempt inside the 150 air mile radius, as long as they follow the requirement to return and terminate at their starting 'work reporting' location within the prescribed time period.

From Central NJ we could reach south eastern Rhode Island...of course our one and only Non-CDL guy went about 20 miles too far and we got caught for a bunch of Part 395 violations.

Yup...formerly 100 air mile exemption got kicked out to the same radius as Non-cdl....
