Eld relay not reading truck movement shut down please help

06 international 9400i isx 13 speed. Insight can read from ecu everything speed movement so on so forth.Relay isnt reading truck movement 99.9% of the time.
I have no idea what to try from here. I have tried different relay different wire to 1708 plug paid shop 668.00 got zero help.

Run paper logs. You’re aloud 8 days in a 30 day period.

 

I don't run ELDs, and even I know that's not correct!

8 times in 30 days is an exemption, just like engine model year. If a driver runs so he or she must fill out a log more than 8 times in 30 days, they must have an eld.

 

If an ELD malfunctions, drivers can use paper logs for up to 8 days. FMCSA officials say that a driver can apply for an extension ifthe ELD isn't functioning by then and willlook at every situation on a case-by-case basis.

 

To get him moving he could have ran the 8 day rule. Please be smarter lol.
