We were never able to get the Rand McNally ELD to work on 2018 RAM 3500 even after we bought the 16 pin adapter off their website. We purchased the TND740 and even though it showed connected it would not register any gauges including the speed, so it wouldn't engage to drive mode. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service who ultimately said "I guess they don't work with the pickup trucks, only the semis".

Keep Trucking works fine, however talking to the customer service can be challenging. They are located in San Francisco and everyone I have talked to has the thick Indian accent. They have been trained thinking everyone is running a big truck, it is the first time they heard anything about a pickup pulling a trailer. They have plenty of videos about how to operate, they are to boring for me to watch. I have no complaints as far as their product and the cost and how it works.

Garmin was just ok , atleast one time out of the trip would not recognize a particular stop as to location, then I'd have to manually redo this
It was pretty constant . Also having an occasional second driver for logging on and everything was entirely too complicated

My Garmin never could sync to the Ram’s OBD2. Garmin customer service said they hadn’t developed software compatible with Ram. Keeptruckin works and price is right

Lite bug and 24kHotshot Thank this.
