I have a 2007 pete 387 with a c15 acert, when I plug the ELD in my engine dies starts right back up then dies again .sometimes runs a few minutes sometime maybe 30 seconds . Any thoughts had ecm checked and checked out ok

Run for 7 days, take 2 days off, rinse, repeat...

What must a driver do if there is an ELD malfunction?

Is it plugging through data port if so it’s common for backside to have corrosion on the wiring..
