    Yeah I'd say do what @ZVar said. Just test in a vehicle without air brakes, and they'll put that restriction on your license. But what I did gather is if you test in your truck and trailer you plan on driving, and it only has a gooseneck ball hitch, you'll get a fifth wheel restriction as well. So if you ever intend on pulling a fifth wheel camper, a lot of them are 16,000 lbs laden, and that puts you over 26,001 lbs.

    I'm confused, you say you took the road test already? They shouldn't have given you the road test if you don't have the training.

    Do you have a CDL A already?
