Yeah I'd say do what @ZVar said. Just test in a vehicle without air brakes, and they'll put that restriction on your license. But what I did gather is if you test in your truck and trailer you plan on driving, and it only has a gooseneck ball hitch, you'll get a fifth wheel restriction as well. So if you ever intend on pulling a fifth wheel camper, a lot of them are 16,000 lbs laden, and that puts you over 26,001 lbs.
