Well here it is. Coming soon. 500 mile range. Just a matter of time, like when the next tree hugger administration comes in, before all the local guys will be required to use these for the greater good.

Now there's even 3 separate manufactures saying next year.

Can't wait to see all our local grain haulers, bull hauler, and LTL guys sporting these.

All them big long nose Pete's headed for the smelter ( some will be saved by the open road ). It's for the best.

It seems like I read somewhere that the Tesla version requires approximately the same amount of energy to recharge (once) as the average household used in a month.
It will be interesting to see the changes needed in infrastructure to charge a fleet of these every night.

It's called stimulating the economy. All the materials & labor are here. It's going to produce jobs, jobs, jobs building the infrastructure. The payoff is no emissions. No motor oil or filters to contaminate.
Sell the old truck while you still can.

    bowhunter67 and Oxbow Thank this.

    Oldironfan Thanks this.

We have Palo Verde in Arizona, Largest nuke plant in North America. Only a fraction of it is being used. And they are expanding the distribution from it. Those nuke plants spin them turbines like stepping on the accelerator in your car.

    You watch.

The IBEW will hire so many people to keep up it's not even gonna be funny.

No emissions except everything that comes out the stack at the coal power plant. Or all the nuclear waste we need to dump out at sea. Unless of course we kill hundreds of thousands of birds with windmills or cover up thousands of acres of land with solar panels.
