I'm getting feedback from the electronics in my truck. Like the power inverter and sometimes the windshield washer fluid pump. Never had this problem before but never had a truck where my cb was mounted in this location. I don't know if its the wires being to close to the coax or bad coax or what. My first thought was a ground issue in the antenna or coax. Any ideas where to start? I already know I need new coax and antenna just not sure if I need to change the coax routing to avoid this or if its something else. I don't want to redo the coax in the same position if thats the cause of the problem.

Most likely the noise is being transmitted through the power supply. Especially since you said you hear it from the inverter and the w/w fluid pump. Try a filter choke. Ratshack has one which has a 1 henry choke coil and a 2 or 3k @ 25VDC cap. That should trap most of the noise. It's not likely that the noise is "radiated" and picked up by the coax, but never say never. Try changing the origin of your 12 volt supply line to the radio or the noise filter or both.
