I stopped in a long line of traffic near a Border Patrol Checkpoint in Texas. Next to the stack of cameras. Up ahead there was a fiasco raging because several people were found hiding in a car. While the INS and the Mojados ran around in circles (almost ten minutes) I studied the cameras staring at me. I wrote down the manufacturer's names and some model numbers.

Later that night I Googled the info and discovered that we're being filmed with every available technology as we're approaching the Border Patrol Stations. They already know who is with you and where they are. Cameras are viewing inside the cab and on top of the truck- and trailer.

And in some weigh stations we're being X-rayed as we roll across the scale. Laugh if you want to, we're all paying for it. What should concern everyone is the potential for misuse- it's just stupid to trust authorities to always use those tools properly.

 

The tag readers, have a 40% failure rate.

Wonder how our "conspiracy" non-believers will feel when they get pulled over with this technology, and get their #### tossed because of the mix up.

 

This is true. The Knoxville, TN scales irradiate you without your consent every time you roll through. So do the ones above Corbin, KY on I-75. You might come down with thyroid cancer someday and never know why. If you want to fly on an airplane they herd you like cattle or common criminals through x-ray machines. Then lie and say it isn't harmful when there is plenty of open source info out there it's well known to be harmful. Then you have the rose colored crowd who ignorantly laughs it off as tin foil hat talk unknowingly aiding and abetting these abuses by agencies and authorities by trying to make anyone who questions it feel like outcasts.

A lot of those antennas you see today around cities is for wifi signal for bus riders, in addition to the mentioned traffic speed sensing technology for traffic reporting.
