In fact the new management has even lowered the starting pay to $13.00 per hr when most companies start you at $15-$16 per hr. Their managment is the absolute worse I have ever worked for. You are lucky to even find toilet paper in the restroom much less the essential tools you need to perform your job. They have made it clear there will be no raises for employees when most other companies have given across the board raises. Select Energy has bought Elite but I have seen nothing change except for the worse, ie. more paperwork, b.s. safety rules & still the threat you will be fired for minor infractions. Good luck finding a good oil field service company to work for now. They are all the same it seems but some just pay more than others which in my opinion counts for something.
