I know wal Strawn is closed, I'm referring to when you get out of the exit gate at bnsf, not when you get up to the light

 

I've looked on Google maps before and it appears you can but I rarely see any trucks or cars coming or going that way, that's why I was asking

 

A year ago, I know my company used to charge a CN fee - we used to call it a tax, because CN Harvey sucked balls, with the train blockage, long lines, ####ty crane operators, I say truckers charge a BNSF LPC fee just do deal with all the extra ######## from Elwood PD

Joliet/Elwood used to be a quiet, Simple area for trucks...Then they opened the Santa Fe out there, I was doing "Some" container work back then.......I HATED driving all the way to Elwood!

The Other day I drove down I-55 and decided "WTH" I'll check out Elwood..Aint been around here in awhile...

Ok, there are two streets that go from Wal Strawn to Mississippi, Walter and Deer Run. Deer Run looks like it is in the weight limit Ellwood area. I don't know about Walter. Even if Walter is ok, I would imagine there would be a bear sitting at that corner ready to give a police escort right to the scales.
