It was built to be a permanent portable scale area. Only the state can have permanent scales. At least that's what I was told.

I guess the way around it is to only use it to scale random trucks. This way it's only used as a "portable" scale.

On another note, Monday I saw a crew unloading a HUB container at the parking area on the corner of arsenal & the frontage road. I guess will county is upping their game. They usually hunt refers & 20'S.
