Yeah,.. seemed they just needed to practice and lifted back off into the sky. Was a parade of pink elephants all along the sides of the interstate to commemorate the event.

I ran north tonight on I-35 from Omaha to Minneapolis. Started to snow with areas of black ice and a hard broadside wind. Approaching mm 10 in Minnesota I heard someone on the CB warn of a jacknifed truck ahead. When I saw emergency lights ahead I put on my 4 ways and slowed way down. That was a good thing, because the long bridge over the lake down in the gap was a solid sheet of ice with a full on blizzard in the wind tunnel.
Fortunately the onrushing 4 wheelers took the hint when I hit the 4 ways and backed way off. I watched both of them get squirrely on the bridge. The truck in the median had blasted past me about 20 minutes earlier.
Especially in the winter it pays to keep your CB on.allniter Thanks this. -

Did they find good homes for the pink elephants ?

Unfortunately, that concept is too advanced for the ones who feel they are too good to wait their turn in line like everybody else.
