    I guess marineman says EMTs never bothered with Cell Phones so that kinda takes care of that.


    I had an idea and tried it so it will work but if they won't look at your Cell anyway.
    QR Code Generator you can put in quite a bit of info, and set the QR Code as Lock Screen Wallpaper/Background.
    Only app you would need is the QR Generator and that should be available on all them.
    Android/iOS/Windows and for people stuck with Blackberry.

    Anything you do is better than nothing, I can't say that no EMT in the world ever has or ever will but myself and the people I worked with never did look at phones. Even beyond the legal ramifications of calling someone there's the ethical issue of privacy as most people don't want someone they've never met going through their phone to see if there's any useful information in it.

    We did however routinely look in wallets for ID and cards with any medical information.
