No they didn’t. Still operating under the EUA for the younger people.
Edit: Actually after reading some more we still need to the emergency declaration because booster jabs are still operating under EUA.

2030.. You'll own nothing and you'll be happy.
Don't forget Agenda 21 which we are currently under.Kyle G. Thanks this. -
Emergency restocking load of onions? I seriously doubt it.
Also, under the current declaration, all that is exempted is maximum hours limit, still have to log like normal.buzzarddriver and TheLoadOut Thank this. -
IMHO this entire essential non essential declaration is total BS...No rules...No standards...Shippers discretion...etc etc
I know if companies in this area been running their entire fleet under so called blanket exemptions from the beginning
But ask yourself this...What if your involved in a situation of any kind...while your still running way over 11/14 or 70?
Gonna have some serious splainin to do..,and my $$$ says Judge ain’t gonna buy it
And let’s not even discuss the billboard lawyers and your insurance company
Food for thought -
The store shelves and folks l talk to disagree. Loves shift manager was telling me he hasn't seen Shell Rotella oil for months after l saw they had coolant and Loves brand oil. He also had a $1,200 order from a food vendor, said they broight only $300 of it..
Talked to the Publix manager tonight he said the load was supposed to be 1500 cases they only sent him 180.
Walmart used to have every kind motor oil and coolant. Now you see only 4 wheeler synthetic and car coolant in many stores. Went to get a PM Speedco didn't have but 3 jugs of Rotella and no oil filters for a Series 60. -
Even window washer fluid has been hard to find lately.
-
That window wash fluid is freaking expensive now. $7/gal I paid at the gas station. $5.50 at the grocery store.
I honestly have not noticed much in way of shortages up this way. Once in a while I'll be in the grocery store and see there's a produce item that's sold out but its usually restocked when I go back the next time. -
The Walmart where I live. Never has anything I need. And sometimes food too.
Have no idea what that store was like before covid since I lived in the next county when covid hit.
I have much better luck going to the next county. -
