    You will need a note from your mother,,I would not hire you but there are a lot of crummy companies that will welcome you and pay low wages that have lousy nasty trucks.

    I always thought that 30 or more was considered reckless. I could be wrong though.

    The definitions vary by state and company. 30 over in some places will get you sent to jail.

    Joseph, I was taking my ex mother in law home when I got nabbed, it needed to be expedited. Unfortunately traffic school isn't an option in the state of Pennsylvania.

    Have you looked at your MVR recently the ticket could have changed to reckless.I don't know if when companies look at your mvr it says how fast you was driving but if it says 84 in a 55 mile zone that wil be a huge red flag for companies even if you didn't get charged with reckless driving.

    Pa here too. And in PA you're right, no traffic school. You may want to hold off your plans as it is a major violation to any company. And next time put her in a cage on the roof.
