So basically I left Swift to go to another company and pissed Swift off. My new company says they've verified everything already and that I'm good for orientation but two of my previous employers said that they never got a phone call from the new company. Are they able to pull my employment from somewhere that Swift submitted it maybe? I'm not sure why they wouldn't call previous employers unless they're just not that concerned .

Swift may not be interested in too much detail.

they jot that down in your file.
Swift may not want to even acknowledge your life, let alone your time with them.
it all goes to how you parted ways.
up till now, i haven't read anyone else leaving Swift, have this problem. -
In either case, that's their issue not yours. Don't worry about it. -
I"m curious as to why you're worried about it?
If your new company says they verified and are going to put you to work. Who cares what the previous employers got or didn't get. All that matters is that you're getting a new job.
But since you want to think about it. Think about how many phone calls swift gets EVERY day for EVERY driver they've ever had for however many years they're required to verify.
Then think about how many times any given driver might be looking for a new job during that required time frame. That's A LOT of phone calls.npok, Midwest Trucker and Socal Xpress Thank this. -
Not worried about it anymore, someone from the company reached out and answered questions.

Swift uses a company similar to DAC that you need to sign up and submit their form to get anything on a former Swift driver...
PE_T Thanks this. -
Some companies don’t care too much what previous companies have to say. Previous companies can’t legally say anything that amounts to a #### anyway.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I greatly appreciate it. It's good to know there is advice here when needed.
