Empty Tanker Trailer Jumps, Skips, Bounces while empty.

    Had similar issues on dump and pneumatic trailers, but more with the Haldex RSS. I also changed weight settings, but problem did persist. Our final solution was use different brake lining on trailer. We always used the Abex EX 685 23K lining, but switched to Abex EN6008 20K on just our trailers. No one has complained about increased stopping distance and complaints of brakes locking up has gone away.

    Egg shaped drums will make you crazy with locking and bouncing. Don't think MADE IN USA on the box guaranty drum roundness.
