Eng128 Freightliner century cat3406 engine

Just wondering what is the eng128 code I went to start my truck my block heater quit on me getting it replaced at cat on Tuesday but granted the weather is very cold like -5 plus wind so is it because the oil is super thick? Will it go away when it gets warmed up. I immediately shut off the truck thanks

 

Ok thanks I don’t believe I can I cannot toggle through the display will it hurt anything if I keep the truck running? I do have oil pressure

 

So truck ran fine and currently can’t get it to stay running turns over and sounds like it ran out of fuel just fueled up yesterday and ran it for 4 hours no issues checked in at receiver and shut the truck off. Started it up then stalled restarted it drove to the door and just died in middle of the lot tried restarted it and check engine light is on gave it a sniff if starting fluid turns over but shuts right off changed fuel filters nothing.

tanks were fuel now primary tank looks pretty low any idea? Why would the check engine light be on any help much appreciated
