    I prefer CAT parts... you don't have to buy from your local vendor... better prices may be had elsewhere.

    There are MANY Chi-Com/Indian knock offs that I would shy away from...

    Yes, I am not going thru all this to skimp on parts. The IDP stuff looks to me to be good stuff. I have also been looking thru places like http:www.heavytruckparts.net for a few things. My guess is I will be sitting at a Cat parts counter for few things like injectors,seals and a few sensors.
