    And drilling properly takes time...not sure it takes 3 or 4hrs time, but it takes time.

    Depending on how much had to come off too. Unless we had an invoice or details on what exactly was done its a crapshoot as to whether or not the time was excessive. The actual drilling itself doesn't usually take long, its working it loose without snapping the extractor that takes time. Sometimes they pop loose with little effort and spin out by hand, other times you'll be there working it loose gradually for an hour.
