I need some advice here please. I have a 1998 International 9400 Eagle with a Detroit S60. The engine fan runs constantly, I can ground out the solenoid and get it to shut off manually. Also both tanks are not drawing evenly. If anyone has any advice for me I would appreciate it. Thanks.

you can try bypassing the a/c high pressure switch by looping the connector, be sure to let the engine run a full 3min after you loop it. The ecm is likely programmed to run 180 second cycles. you could also have a faulty intake air temp sensor. try the a/c switch first its common.
As for your fuel tanks, start by cleaning the vents. -
Where is the a/c high pressure switch? And could you be specific please. I understand it's on the a/c drier or something like that but I have no idea what or where that is.

follow the small line off the a/c compressor, the switch will likely have a red body. passenger side

Do you know if this truck has APAD module. would be on driver side litle square module with green and red lights ( with key on )?
-
Would this APAD module be in the cab or on the firewall under the hood? Also could I try replacing the high pressure switch or do I need to recover the refrigerant to do that? Also are there any other possible things to look at for the fuel tanks?
-
APADS module is usually located near the firewall on the left hand side, normally right under the air cleaner. If it is flashing a red LED you can try to reset it by keying the ignition off and on 4 times in 4 seconds.

I didn't see any blinking lights on the firewall. Also I followed the small line out of the compressor, it goes into the condenser and then into some canister mounted on the frame rail. It doesn't look like there is any kind of sensor on it or wires coming off it. I can try to take some pictures of what I'm looking at tomorrow morning if you think it might help.

If there is no high pressure switch on the compressor discharge line near the compressor, that means it is located under the heater box under the cab on the passenger side. When it is located here that is consistent with a system controlled by an APADS module. Here is picture of one, they aren't very big, about 2"x2".

I don't believe this truck has a APAD system on it. I looked under the cab and saw no module. There is a Bergstrom box under the passenger seat that has a/c lines in it and heater core lines though. There seems to be some sensors on the a/c lines too.
