Have a freightliner centry class 05, with Detroit 60 in it. I'm having some issues with truck.

The truck is spitting out 3 codes I'm trying to fix. Codes are
    Eng High 128s232
    Eng High 128s211
    Eng Open 128s230 05

Symptoms are the oil pressure and water gauges drop to 0. I lose all fuel to pedal. So I can't move truck.

Sounds like a wiring issue to me. SID 232 and 211 are both sensor supplies and showing high voltage. SID 230 is the idle validation in your throttle pedal showing open. I don't have a schematic fro your truck handy, but if they all happen at the same time, I'd trace the wires from the TPS and see if you can find a chaffed spot in a harness where all those things run together. It was pretty common to have wires chaff at the ECM. Pull the plastic covers off the ECM and check out the wires. The ribs on the inside of the plastic covers often rubbed through wires.

Yes the throttle body is crazy as well I'll have my low air pressure warning gauge go haywire my fan kick in and all of this occurs when I hit my turn signal I pulled the throttle body cover off and I started wiggling the wires and pushing in the wiring harnesses and everything went back to normal

Jiggling does not normal make or solve the problem.

Have a shop look at that bundle and have at it. Bet you some of them are burnt through. No wonder your computer went a little crazy.

For me and our 2001 century the fault is associated with a specific behavior such as overheating. Not random wild faults which makes sense based on charred wiring.

Jiggling it works the wiring harness has a poor connect at time just pushed the wires in to give a secure connection.
