Engine is chugging when taking off but runs good down the highway

    You don't need to all that to pressurized the tanks. Just put air pressure to the overflow tubes which have a check valve. Tighten your cap down and use air pressure on the overflow tube for about 15 seconds and the system will be pressureized. Fuel should leak out any leaks.

    Your problem could also be fuel lines collasping under a vacume from the pump. This is common on older trucks with the plasitic lines. At the parts stores, this type of line is only called plastic brake line.
    These plastic lines used as fuel lines seem to only last approx. 6-10 years, then have internal problems.
