The next time you do parked regen at the shop insist on a removing fairing on a passenger side and metal cover only 2 nuts on each side to get a better look above def doser for a crack, after 15 minutes it will expand pretty good if it’s there.

I had a bad thermostat and truck was drooping down to 130 (about 30 deg F outside)and then will come back to 170 after a while, after replacing thermostat i drove in 20 deg F and it wont go below 170. If i'm loaded and going up the hills it will go up to 210 and fan will kick on and drop to about 180 and then eventually to 170. I think you should try some other place to fix your truck. Mechanics can't fix this trucks you need "TECHNICIANS " who understand the whole system operation and can do proper diagnostics not just replace parts. Just remember dealers are making money on parts and labor, so a lot of things will be "broken" that not. I have worked in car dealership for 13 years as a tech and i know how the system works. Dealers work of commission so the more they sell the more they make.Newto Trucking Thanks this.

For my truck they find out that fan hub was not working and as its electric fan hub it's not really easily available. I hope your problem also got solved. Best of luck for future.Paul Chamberlin Thanks this. -
