    Why would you leave it at a terminal, with keys in it and send a message?..... You couldn't walk inside and properly resign.... Have the truck inspected and get it signed off everything was fine?

    i think since he didn't get the truck inspected and resign properly they can put something on his dac that won't help him any..

    i don't think that qualifies as an abandon truck but it could
