I found Millenicom (www.millenicom.com) for on the road internet. Uses verizon 3g network so I get pretty good coverage no matter where I am. I usually average 1-3megs download speed and have no issues watching streaming movies most of the time. I get 20gigs of data a month for $55. so 15 more gigs for $10-$15 more per month than if I went thru Verizon dorectly. They also have a 3g/4g plan that is unlimited. actually 50gigs and then they look at what your doing and as long as your not downloading pirated movies and music they leave you alone. They charge $69 a month for that but it is on Sprints network and that is not as wide spread as Verizons so I opted for the 20gig plan. I have come close but not passed the 20 gig limit. I uses a tracking program to watch my usage in real time. It is accurate. Its called Networx (http://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/) and works great and is free. 20 gigs is a lot of info. Just keep your eye on it and youll be fine.

3G and 4G Verizon is plenty fast to stream video and video chat. Although for most the GB limit is the problem.....I tether to my phone using my unlimited plan.....not an option for everyone but works great for me.
