It's very simple, all engines produce lots of carbon dioxide, some NOx, and some PM, regardless of how "clean" they are. I have never seen any proof of the claim you make. There's no way an engine can make negative pollution.

Off road equipment is now subject to DPFs. New farm equipment is now manufactured with DPFs. Locomotives begin with DPF tiered emissions soon.
