You know why you dont see black smoke, because they're spraying fertilizer in the exhaust, that's all urea is, you're telling me you think breathing fertilizer fumes is better for you than diesel smoke?

Well soon the self driving electric trucks will take over..... and you will be told you and your epa 10 truck are obsolete......
-
What EPA 10 truck?
-
I'm on the fence with this issue .
I know why people go the delete route and I dont blame them ....I on the other hand choose not to mostly because more and more shops wont touch them and come trade time dealers wont touch em with 10 ft pole .
That's why the auctions and private sale are about the only Avenue left for getting rid of deleted trucks .
And I'd bet they will be getting around to the auctions at some point .bryan21384 Thanks this. -
I get anywhere from 275 to a little over 300 miles per gallon of DEF. So I’d say the amount going into the air from vehicles is minuscule to the amount being put into the ground or being blended into livestock feed. If it’s good enough for what we eat I guess it’s good enough for me.
-
Okay, would like a glass of roundup with that? How about a nice plate of meat and bone meal?
What's going in the ground gets filtered at least a bit, you're breathing straight fertilizer fumes out of trucks, look how many trucks there is around you. Wasn't California just #####ing a few months back about DEF fumes being a pollutant? At what point do you guys get sick and #### tired of jumping through somebody's hoop like a circus poodle?Badmon, Dino soar, stayinback and 3 others Thank this. -
Dunno. The smart people seem to think it is and that's all I have to go on.
That said, it looks better than black smoke.
Regardless. My original point was, and is, its the rules. It costs me money to follow the rules. And I get chapped by people who don't think the rules are for them and the rest of us are suckers.
And I LOVE IT MORE THAN I CAN EVER SAY, when they get their ##### busted.peterd, Sirscrapntruckalot, stwik and 6 others Thank this. -
Not you sorry...:-/

The smart people are the ones you see driving old trucks they got out of the barn and fixed up nicer than new. I've seen your precious new EPA shop princess trucks spew more black smoke in half an hour than old truck does in a week. They'd better off just letting the free market take care of it, you burn less fuel, you have fewer emissions and you save money, but that would be true freedom and you're all afraid of that because it looks a lot like personal responsibility.Badmon, mmk trucking, sdaniel and 8 others Thank this.

You know there really isn’t all that much new info here .....
Ok dealerships won’t work on them... not news.
And pdi got hit with a fine...... plenty of other companies have been hit before this . Maybe a little bit of news there...
How many mustangs are running around with tuners....?sdaniel Thanks this.
