    I need yalls help! I am no longer leased on with a sand company in Tx as an owner op. Well I know they have 45 days to return my escrow well I've been round and round through emails as they have promised to send me a check and even gave me a check number but wont ever send check. How or who can I report this to in order to get my refunded amount back????? Help please

    make sure it isn't 45 Business days....

    The Dot started looking at escrow accounts...supposed to be separate from the other carrier's accounts and is supposed to be reporting interest earnings to you...they will lend an ear to your problem.
