espar heater question

Mine is not working anyone has any idiea how fix how check power wiring

I just bought a 2014 cascadia,used,
has apu,and espar heater,the espar heater will turn on, fire up,and run for about 10 minutes,then it shuts off and display says"low voltage 13.7"
the apu charges my batteries,so they don't go under 12,4,because that's considered low voltage....
so why is the espar saying at 13.7 low voltage..
clearly,there is something wrong here,,
any idea's??

 

You have to program it for your shut off voyage. There is a reset button you push with a paper clip to change it. Look it up on you tube. Ezpz.

If I turn espar heater on does ignition key need to be turned to any setting to get it to idle truck when batteries are low
