I love running on the holidays. I can pick where I go and turn it into a $1,200 payday.

We get the run pay and our holiday pay. So it's basically double time.

 

I didn't work either. I deadlined my new tractor for the 2nd time in two weeks because the outward facing camera won't stay stuck to the windshield. I can't stand driving a different tractor! I told dispatch that when I started driving we didn't have cell phones or a GPS and now my truck is deadlined because of a camera. If you would have told this to the younger me I would've thought how does a Polaroid camera attach to a windshield?

 

My first tractor was an '89 Mack R Model. No air, no tilt, no power anything.
