    It's known Estes policy that you can not live outside 50 miles. Did you guys ask them that before? @jtaran06 can confirm what I'm saying as he tried it himself.

    Yes. When they called for phone interview they should of told you that. They did me. Then the TM seen I lived far and asked how far during sit down.

    had a Knoxville buddy want to transfer to Nashville and it was a NO GO due to living outside the requirements.

    Has anyone heard any rumors about estes changing OT policy to 40-45hrs instead of the 50 to compete with the others? Supposedly Saia changed it to anything after 40hrs is OT now. Must be nice.

    Saia can pay $100 an hour for all I personally care. I’m not dealing with their cameras, slip seating, or multiple seniority lists if they do the FXF thing.
