ESTES HOURLY PAY

its amazing how little people actually know about the industry they work in and that feeds their family

 

I don't know what they top out at or when ot kicks in but generally different areas pay diferent. I don't make what an LA drive does but rent isn't 1600 bucks a month either.
You also have to look at benifits and quality of freight, it might be worth less if you don't have to deal with garbadge freight all the time.

 

Estes pays overtime after 55 hours in my area (Columbus, OH).

And I hear they like to work you right up to that without letting you go over if they can help it. (Dangle the carrot, but don't let you eat it) I have heard of Estes terminal managers making sure their dispatchers know to get drivers back on Friday by whatever time they would be hitting their 55 hrs.
