    The transition should be you just going to your driver manager and telling him you wanna go linehaul. Just know you go to the bottom of the board. When you switch divisions, you always go to the very bottom of the board like you are a new hire. I wouldn't even care if I was you.

    Linehaul money is significantly higher p&d and it's not even close at all. If you aren't hired yet, get hired by any means then swap as soon as possible!
