    A nearby town has 2 high speed tracks adjacent, all grade crossings have full length cross arms to prevent further fatalities from people doing something like this.

    I bet the guy in the next SUV was glad he wasn't the first one in line.

    i think what happened was, they were chasing someone, and the warning lights came on, so the criminal pulled over to wait. then the cops thought it was ok to resume the chase.

    at the very least, the criminal was nice enough to wait.
