I pulled into the Love's in Fort Morgan Colorado a bit ago. I'm actually here till Monday morning (Saturday afternoon now). I parked with my truck heading North. Unfortunately, my SiriusXM antenna wasn't getting a good signal (Geostationary satellites, like those used by SiriusXM, are always to the South in the sky when in the Northern Hemisphere) because my truck was blocking the satellite feed. So, I moved my truck across the way to head toward the South. Satellite signal is good and strong now!
So, what's the most trivial reason that you've switched parking spots? Only other time I remember moving spots in the same truck stop was when I parked next to a loud clanky longnose on my driver side and the noise was bugging me.

No problem, I moved. I was lucky enough to get there early enough I had options. I do feel sorry for the guy who parked next to you later and didn't have the easy option to move spots!!

i used to take along a few cans of yellow spray paint, and make my own legal parking spaces.

    that kinda ended any problems.

Most trivial would be wifi / cell signal.

Noisy reefers, APU's squealing like pig, engine squealing like a pig, compressor kicking out every 45 seconds, Joe high idle, making sure I wouldn't be trapped when leaving early.

I once moved to a different spot after a cattle hauler parked next to me.

Sounds like a valid odoriferous reason to me!
Ya know, before I started driving a truck. I never noticed all the cattle, pig and chicken trucks on the road. Now, when I see them it makes me sad and tempts me to become a vegetarian. Unfortunately, giving up steak, bacon and fried chicken is something I just can't wrap my head around!

You might change your mind after your first trip to a slaughterhouse. That repugnant stench of death makes a cattle hauler smell like blueberry pie.
