Everyone quit SWIFT!!!!

I was there until you brought up free health insurance. Can anyone show me a company that offers that and MEANS it from the jump? You were told 48 cpm and got .41 cpm? How much experience do you have? That's usually how they determine that and don't even get me started on per diem. Dispatch times. You do know that most of those aren't practical right? Did you bother to call and confirm? I get my loads stacked all the time. What they're possibly doing, is looking at your HOS and estimating. Again, happens to me as well. Some answers would be nice?

 

There are some companies, usually referred to as "second chance companies" that are worse than Swift. Much worse.
