    Here in IL we have high tax and you can still get cigarettes under $7 for a 20 pack. Beer depending on quality anywhere from. $11 to $20 for 24 , 12oz (355 ml)

    As long as the person can drive the truck safely and like a professional, I couldn't care less about their ethnic background. I've met plenty of drivers from all walks of life who can.

    However, there seems to be a growing prevalence in Canada of immigrant drivers who settle for lower wages/rates and can literally get behind the wheel weeks after arriving in the country devaluing the industry for those of us who actually want to live here and not live out of the truck and send all our money back home.
