They'll care about PSP because of what it does to insurance rates.

 

People still get hired everyday with things on there.

It's bad if they lie, it's ok if they tell the truth. That's how I read it.

If the original post has any truth to it, it sounds to me that that was the plan all along.
What other reason would you sit on your backside and let everything get repoed, especially at a time when every person in this country that wants a job has one?
There is a lot of things a person can do besides drive a truck, if they are truly in danger of loosing everything, but even in bad times A person can find some kind of driving job if they want to work, and has been able to all through my life.

 

Like you said earlier there sure seems more to the story.
